Dedication

I never thought that of the three of us, I'd be the one to stick with this whole running thing but it seems I am. It's a little daunting thinking about driving up to seattle by myself to run, by myself, but I'm at an impasse and I'm certainly not going to let other people hold me back. Because if there is one thing all this training has told me, I'm pretty damn capable and I don't even need other people encouraging me or rewards or anything. It's personal. It's for me. And if that means I gotta go it alone I guess that's that.

Not to say I'm not disappointed or sad because yeah, all those things are true too but what can you do about it?
